Creativities.Meeting is the efficient software for creating meeting minutes - in all phases of meetings: the preparation, the execution and the administration. Prepare the agenda, take the meeting minutes and export as PDF or Word file.
The software has the following features:
- Prepare the agenda easily and assign presenters
- Central management of personal data for use in subsequent meetings
- Take the meeting minutes fastly. Create informations, decisions, tasks and notes, assign responsible persons and a due date
- Export only the agenda or the whole protocol as PDF or Word file or send it directly to a printer
- Use Word template files to export the document in your corporate design

The software works completely offline. No information will be sent to a cloud service.
